The Sandall Park Fake Festival returns on Saturday May 19th 2012 with Coldplay tribute ‘Coldplace’ headlining along with Green Day & Kasabian tributes plus five local support bands.

All held inside the Fake Festival marquee situated on Sandall Park in Doncaster along with food and entertainment stands and a licensed bar.

Lead singer of Coldplace ‘Shane Crofts’ (Chris Martin) told Fake Festivals “We can’t wait to headline Sandall Park Fake Festival in May, we have heard that the festival has grown in numbers since the first year so we will be back bigger and better with new songs, new set list and an amazing light show. Just make sure you bring your singing voices as we expect to raise the roof!”

Supporting Coldplace will the US Rockers Green Day tribute ‘Basketcase’ who return to the Fake Festivals tour. Expect to see the full Green Day show and a stage presence from the awesome frontman Kris Edwards that will blow you away.

Also on the line up are the amazing Kasabian tribute ‘Kazabian’ who literally wowed audiences last year when they appeared on the Fake Festivals tour. These guys know how to give an audience a show, not only do they sound just like the real thing but they look like them too.
