THE circus came to town at the weekend when the Sandow Clowns laughed and teased their way into Crowle Community Hall.
A family-friendly event featured stilt-walking, juggling, a comedy music car and plenty of audience participation as youngsters enjoyed all the madcap slapstick fun.
There was also face-painting and prizes given out to the 60-strong audience with all profits from the show to be donated to the children's cancer and leukaemia charity, CLIC Sargent.
The Sandow Clowns are children's entertainment specialists who also provide magicians, Punch and Judy acts and various street artists who are available for functions, schools and parties.
