Training firm expands

A FITNESS training business that started in the lounge of its founder’s home has just taken a three-year lease on premises at Robin Hood Airport.

Jon Reynolds set up Military Training Ltd last summer and, after a spell at offices in Bawtry, is now based at Finningley’s Armstrong House with expansion plans in the pipeline.

Earlier this month, its first franchise was launched in Scunthorpe and two more are expected to follow in March.

Jon commented: “We expect to grow considerably over the next three years in the UK and have the systems in place to manage the growth successfully.”

Military Training’s head office employs two full-time and four part-time staff and each franchise has three staff, all ex military.

Jon now hopes that more ex military staff, possibly those made redundant, will get in touch and show an interest in running a franchise.
