Explore the spiritual side of life
THE Alpha course, which has been attended by over two million people in the UK and nine million worldwide, is starting again at Epworth Baptist Church.
Members of the Station Road church will be running the course which provides the opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, friendly and non-threatening environment.
Many people may have heard about Alpha on TV or seen information on posters and have wondered what it's all about.
The course is designed primarily for people who aren't regular churchgoers and is open to everyone who would like to attend. Each evening will include food and a chance to listen, learn, discuss, ask questions and hopefully discover more about the relevance of Christianity today.
The Alpha Course will be introduced at an Alpha Evening which will take place at 7pm on Sunday February 7 at Epworth Baptist Church, Station Road.
