Hunt for bus handbag thief - CCTV
CCTV image of the man police would like to trace in connection with the theft of a handbag from a bus in Doncaster.
POLICE are searching for a thief who stole a handbag after a passenger left it on a bus.
Officers have released this CCTV image of a man they would like to trace in connection with the incident which happened on a First bus travelling from Doncaster town centre to Armthorpe.
The woman left her bag on the bus when she got off in Armthorpe. The thief got off three stops later with the bag after making no attempt to hand it in.
The theft happened at about 1.30pm on January 16. Call police on 101 with information.
