POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a crash which led to three people being taken to hospital last week.

The incident took place on the A161 about four miles south of Crowle and it involved a white Ford Transit minibus and a white Vauxhall Astra van.

The road was blocked while all three emergency services attended the scene and three casualties were taken to Scunthorpe General Hospital for treatment to non life threatening injuries.
