We launch a new running column
CALLING all runners!
Make sure you pick up your copy of this Thursday’s Epworth Bells and Crowle Advertiser as we launch a brand new column sponsored by Epworth business Metres to Miles.
The fortnightly column will consist of running tips, advice on health and nutrition and training routes around the Isle.
It will be aimed at people of all abilities from novices to seasoned athletes and we would like you to get involved too.
Anyone who has any question about running for the experts is invited to contact us and we will endeavour to get you the answer.
