Highlights of the past eight years include the investment of £165 million in improving tenants’ homes, delivery of a widespread environmental programme costing £24 million, the building of 126 new homes, becoming a Top 100 Sunday Times not-for-profit company and achieving the gold Investors in People accreditation.

Last year, North Lincolnshire Homes’ established ongo; a partnership set up to offer new services for people in North Lincolnshire, from training and employment support, to commercial services, including ongo locksmiths and a local roofing business.

Profit generated through the partnership is reinvested directly into North Lincolnshire communities, helping to build more much needed new and affordable homes.

Last year also saw Scunthorpe-based Crosby Employment Bureau join ongo, strengthening what the group gives back to the people of North Lincolnshire, through employment and training opportunities.
